Shopping for Lawrence Vrba Jewelry

I found these statement pearl earrings designed by Lawrence Vrba at my favorite antique mall in New York City; Showplace Antique & Design Center. Multiple floors filled with furniture, decor, clothing, collectables and of course... jewelry. Vrba has recently become one of my favorite vintage and contemporary jewelry designers. After stumbling across a few of his pieces recently, I did some more research only to discover that (surprise, surprise) he used to design for one of my other favorite antique jewelry designers: Miriam Haskell. I found a few online sites where you can shop Vrba's jewelry here, here and here. And if you are ever in New York City, make sure to stop by Bergdorf Goodman... You can often spot his jewelry creations among their window displays!

Hello Hermès

I celebrated my "late" twenties this year with an officially-all-grown-up gift: the classic Hermès Heure H Watch. I have coveted the timepiece for a few years now, always keeping my eye out while shopping at vintage boutiques. My last name starts with an 'H' so I thought it could be special, more like a monogramed accessory rather than a branded one. Unfortunately, I was never lucky enough to come across a vintage Hermès watch in near perfect condition... Knowing about my endless hunt, my parents decided to surprise me and splurge on a brand new Hermès Heure H for my special day. I could not have been more thrilled!

Charleston Charm

I spent last weekend exploring downtown Charleston in my new favorite gladiator sandals from Cecelia. The city stole my heart and I am already planning my next trip back! Now onto what’s most important; the food! I thought I would share a few of my favorite places to grab meals and sweets.
