I visited The Metropolitan Museum a few weeks ago to see the Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology exhibit with my Mother while she was in town for a girl's weekend. We spent the rest of our afternoon wandering the sculpture halls at the Met. Afterwards, we walked over to Bergdorf's for dessert and tea.
I celebrated my "late" twenties this year with an officially-all-grown-up gift: the classic Hermès Heure H Watch. I have coveted the timepiece for a few years now, always keeping my eye out while shopping at vintage boutiques. My last name starts with an 'H' so I thought it could be special, more like a monogramed accessory rather than a branded one. Unfortunately, I was never lucky enough to come across a vintage Hermès watch in near perfect condition... Knowing about my endless hunt, my parents decided to surprise me and splurge on a brand new Hermès Heure H for my special day. I could not have been more thrilled!
Up next for my next Ditto subscription: the retro-esque round Miu Miu frames in tortoise. I love the 60's vibe these iconic sunnies have, while still keeping it feminine and fresh with the delicate gold hardware. One of my favorite things about Miu Miu's sunglasses is the plush pink velvet case they always come with! Ditto carries many of my favorite sunglasses designers like Prada, Illesteva and so many more classic brands. I will be sharing each new pair of sunglasses I try out, so check back in to see which ones I pick! For a free month on me use code: EAEMILEEANNE at checkout!
